Pokedex Entry:
Arsoot is the evolution of a Torkoal, however the only way for a Torkoal to evolve into Arsoot, is for the Torkoal to lay inside of a volcano. The poisonous gas from the volcano creep their way into Torkoal's shell, giving him the poison type.

(Name is a play off of Arson and Soot, if you didn't know)
